We recommend beginning your services with us with The Intuitive. During this customized session, you will meet our in-house aromatherapist, spiritual life coach and Emotion Code Practitioner. She will work with you during this 90 minute session to understand your health and personal goals, provide a wonderfully relaxing session that supports your mind-body-spirit wellness, release trapped emotions that are causing disharmony and nervous system dis-regulation, then you will have the opportunity to use the full spectrum infrared sauna for a complimentary 30-minute session. The total treatment time is 120 minutes and it is a $219 investment.

After your session you will be given a customized treatment care plan. Our team of practitioners will then work with you, based on this care plan, to help you reach your personal wellness goals. Follow up sessions may include therapeutic massage, lymphatic drainage massage, craniosacral therapy, holistic facials, energy work, somatic therapy, and other customizations like cupping, hot stones, reflexology, emotion clearing, sound healing, and future infrared sauna sessions. The plan will be created for you, but the choice is always up to you, as you know your body best.
