Prenatal massage is a wonderful way to ease the aches and pains of your changing body during pregnancy. For mamas 12 weeks and up. Please provide a doctor’s or midwife’s note prior to treatment.

The DETOX
The Detox is our signature customized manual lymphatic drainage massage offering for health and wellness.
It is especially helpful following illness, for managing auto-immune imbalances, seasonal allergies, and maintaining overall well-being; and it is not intended for post-op care.
Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) bodywork stimulates the body’s natural lymphatic flow & rhythm. This gentle form of massage helps your body remove metabolic waste, toxins, bacteria, viruses; while improving digestion, reducing inflammation in the tissues, and helping your body’s immune system function at its optimum level.

A healthy lymphatic system, is a healthy body. MLD encourages the natural movement of lymph throughout the body, helping you to stay well and reducing systemic inflammation. MLD also brings about a parasympathetic response. When the mind and body are relaxed, this is where healing takes place.

The core: Craniosacral therapy
With a very light touch, the CST practitioner senses the mobility of the cranial bones, the fluctuations of cerebrospinal fluid, the motility of the central nervous system, and the reciprocal tension of membranes & fascia, particularly those surrounding the brain, spinal cord, and sacrum.
It is common to experience a meditative-like state during these treatments. Oftentimes, people experience an emotional release associated with their healing. This is a good thing. Releasing old emotions and traumas helps us move forward in a healthy way, letting go of what no longer serves its purpose.

Aromatherapy Foot Reflexology + Customized Infrared Sauna Session
Foot reflexology is a targeted, pressure-point massage to restore the flow of energy throughout the body by massaging key points on the feet.
Reflexology has been shown to reduce occurrence and severity of headaches and migraines, alleviates sinus problems, balances stomach issues and so much more! If sensitivity or tenderness is experienced when an area is stimulated, it usually indicates bodily weaknesses or imbalances within the corresponding organ/organ system.
With repeated pressure and manipulation of nerve endings, reflexology can help to clear any channels of blocked energy. It is said to do so through moving the flow of blood (and lymph), nutrients, and nerve impulses that create a state of parasympathetic well-being.This ultimately improves overall health.

The Relax & Unwind
The Relax & Unwind offering is a customized therapeutic massage for the head, neck & shoulders that combines a wonderfully relaxing and stress-relieving acupressure scalp massage, lavender aromatherapy, hot stones (as desired), and finishes with foot reflexology + hot towel compresses.
This service is always customized to your pressure preferences and areas of focus.

The Artist

Guided by a sense of play as well as defined anatomical knowledge: The Artist uses a deep, slow, and soulful hand to ground and guide you. In a meditative state we let go of our innermost, private, locked away tensions, stress, trauma, and grief. We aren’t always aware of what’s holding us down. The Artist helps us simply let it go. Working with the imagination we reground in the beauty of Now-the always unfolding present-a door more open than we realize in our busy and structured lives. Through it you feel truly yourself again or even anew.
Joint mobility movements and fascia stretching opens us up and unties us from our knots and blocks. Slow, wavelike, full body movements calm the nervous system and rekindle our inner flame. Deep, firm pressure frees old adhesions that no longer serve us. Stretches realign, relieve and open us to fresh wisdom.
The Artist may pull from a palette of hot stones, cupping, hot towels, castor oil, or sound therapy as needed. Here and Now we begin to feel our best and step into the life we dream of.
