Licensed Massage Therapist, Service Team

Full Time/Part Time, Mechanicsville & West End locations

If you are…

  • Genuinely curious about lymphatic drainage, nervous system support, and somatic approaches to bodywork

  • Emotionally intelligent — you read a room, adapt your energy, and understand that exceptional client experience is a skill as much as technique

  • Results-oriented: you care whether your clients actually feel better, and you ask questions to find out

  • Reliable, communicative, and coachable — you show up prepared and open to feedback

  • Interested in growing with a team and building long-term relationships with clients, not just logging sessions

And have…

  • A minimum of 1+ years experience

  • Active license in good standing to practice massage therapy

  • A growth mindset, positive attitude and love working with people

  • A natural host — you read a room, adapt your energy to the person in front of you, and understand that exceptional client experience is a skill as much as a personality trait

  • Calm under pressure: you can manage a packed schedule, a phone ringing, and a client who needs extra attention without losing your composure

  • Detail-oriented and organized — you notice when something is off, and you fix it before anyone else sees it

  • Comfortable with technology — booking software, point-of-sale systems, email, and texting platforms (we'll train you on ours)

  • Reliable, communicative, and coachable — you show up prepared, on time, and open to feedback

  • Genuinely interested in wellness, self-care, and being part of a team that takes its work seriously

And have…

  • A minimum of 1 years experience in customer service

  • A positive attitude, genuinely take interest in people, enjoy making people feel seen, heard and appreciated

Membership Experience Lead, Hospitality Team

Full Time/Part Time, Mechanicsville & West End locations

If you are…

  • A genuine connector — you remember names, follow up without being told, and find real joy in building long-term relationships

  • Comfortable with sales conversations, but allergic to anything that feels pushy or transactional. You believe the best sales is great service.

  • Numbers-literate — you don't need to be a financial analyst, but you're comfortable tracking MRR, reading a retention report, and spotting trends

  • Organized and self-directed — you can hold a lot of moving pieces (campaigns, events, member follow-ups, reporting) without dropping them

  • Comfortable with technology — CRM, booking software, email marketing platforms, spreadsheets (we'll train you on our specific stack)

  • Strong written and verbal communicator — your emails feel like Indigo, your conversations feel like care

  • Genuinely interested in wellness, self-care, and being part of a team that takes its work seriously

And have…

  • A minimum of 2+ years experience in the wellness industry with client/membership management

  • The natural ability to connect with people using your smarts, sense of humor, and emotional intelligence

  • A desire to make a positive impact in your community
